Bennett Boyd Anderson, Jr., was raised in Lafayette, La., graduating from Lafayette High School and University of Louisiana at Lafayette (formerly University of Southwestern Louisiana) (Pre-Law/Political Science).

He obtained his juris doctorate from Tulane Law School in 1975 at age 23. Since 1975, Mr. Anderson practiced law continuously, specializing in Louisiana personal injury and wrongful death litigation from offshore/maritime incidents, automobile and industrial accidents. He has personally obtained over $75 million for his clients through jury trials, judge trials and settlements. He is an "AV" rated attorney by the Martindale Hubbell Rating Service (highest possible rating). He has earned a Board Certification in Civil trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  He has been designated as one of Louisiana’s outstanding personal injury attorneys (“Super Lawyers”) in 2008 and in 2009. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum as well as the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Anderson has been awarded the Presidential Award by the Lafayette Bar Association (2001).  He has served as an officer and/or director of many legal and civic organizations, including the Lafayette Parish Bar Association (Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-President) and Louisiana Bar Foundation (Board of Directors).  He is a member of the Louisiana and American Bar Associations as well as the Louisiana Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.

Mr. Anderson has exclusively practiced plaintiff personal injury law in the Acadiana area for over 30 years.  He has been honored as a speaker many times at personal injury/maritime and personal injury/trial practice seminars.  

Mr. Anderson is a sixth-generation Lafayette Parish resident.  He maintains his home in Broussard, La., with his wife, Georgette, and three children. He is an Eagle Scout, avid outdoorsman, hunter and tennis player.

Gil Dozier, born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has maintained a private law practice since 1989. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law (J.D. 1989) and his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University (B.S.1986). Gil is admitted to and has handled cases appearing in the Louisiana Supreme Court, the Appellate and District Courts of Louisiana, The United States District Court, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Gil’s practice areas include admiralty/maritime claims, trucking/auto collisions, airplane crashes, wrongful death and survivor actions, defamation, sexual abuse, defective products, business and labor disputes, and real estate.

Gil is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Louisiana Association for Justice, the Federal Bar Association, the Lafayette Bar Association (past Board member), American Inn of Court (past member) and the National Diocesan Attorneys Association.

Gil is an active civil litigator representing both plaintiffs and defendants in these areas of practice. Throughout Gil’s twenty (20) year career, he also has served as a business advisor and general counsel for institutional clients. Through his representation of varied interests, Gil enjoys a perspective of diversity and balance.

Gil and his wife, Kelly, have four children. Gil is an active coach of youth sports and runs a commercial cattle ranch. Gil is an avid outdoorsman and conservationist, and a member of Ducks Unlimited, the Louisiana Wildlife Federation, Coastal Conservation Association, and the Nature Conservancy. Gil and his family are members of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.

Nicholas A. Blanda (Nick) represents clients throughout Louisiana, Texas and the Gulf Coast, specializing in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from trucking/18-wheeler accidents, maritime/offshore accidents, automobile accidents, onshore/industrial accidents, products liability and premises defect.

Mr. Blanda was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. He is a graduate of St. Thomas More High School and attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 2000. Mr. Blanda attended Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he received a Juris Doctorate in 2004.

After graduating from Loyola Law School, Mr. Blanda was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2004 and accepted a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Richard T. Haik, Sr., Chief Judge of the United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana, Lafayette-Opelousas Division. After finishing his federal clerkship, Mr. Blanda joined the Anderson Law Office (now Anderson & Dozier) in 2005.

Michael V. Ardoin was born in Opelousas, La. He has practiced law in Lafayette since 1995, focusing on auto and 18-wheeler accidents, offshore injuries, and oil and gas transactions, and litigation.

Mr. Ardoin is a 1988 graduate of Texas A&M University and a 1991 graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law and represent injured clients in both Louisiana and Texas. Mr. Ardoin’s experience also includes work as a landman for a major oil and gas company, complex oil royalty and severance tax litigation, title disputes to mineral ownership, and real estate.

Mr. Ardoin is a member of the Lafayette Parish and Louisiana State Bar Associations, the Louisiana Association for Justice, the John M. Duhe, Jr., American Inns of Court, and the State Bar of Texas. Keith P. Saltzman specializes in personal injury and wrongful death litigation with an emphasis on offshore/maritime, automobile, trucking, product liability, and industrial accidents. He also serves as a curator with the 15th Judicial Court, assisting with the juvenile section.

Mr. Saltzman was born in Lafayette and raised in nearby Gueydan, La. He is a fifth-generation Vermillion Parish resident. Mr. Saltzman was a 1999 graduate of Notre Dame Catholic High School of Acadia Parish. Mr. Saltzman graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in pre-law. He obtained his juris doctorate and bachelor of civil law degree in 2006 from Louisiana State University Law Center.

After graduating from LSU Law School, Mr. Saltzman accepted a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Ralph Tureau in the 23rd Judicial District Court of Louisiana. After completing his district court clerkship, Mr. Saltzman joined Anderson Law Office (now Anderson & Dozier) in 2007.

Mr. Saltzman is currently a member of the Louisiana Association for Justice, American Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Lafayette Parish Bar Association, and the Tiger Athletic Foundation.

Mr. Saltzman is an avid LSU sports fan. An accomplished high school athlete, he remains active in many adult athletic leagues. He also enjoys golf and hunting.
